The Alcorcón Department for the Elderly has different services and activities for the elderly population of the city.
The council's activities are carried out in the three senior citizen centres. Polvoranca, Salvador Allende and Adolfo Suárez. Courses and workshops are also held in other civic centres such as Los Pinos and Viñagrande. It is planned to extend the range of activities to other centres for the next academic year.
