We currently have two plotter-type printers with scanners, which allow us to digitize and print large documents, such as the plans included in construction projects.
Copies of digitized documents can be downloaded through the NextCloud service
Consultation of documents in the Municipal Archive
The consultation of documents is free and has no other limitations than those derived from the nature of the document, its conservation and the current legislation. If the consultation refers to documents that may contain personal data or other data reserved by law, supporting documents must be presented to demonstrate the legitimate interest in said documents. To consult the files of private works, for example, the interested party must be documented, either by being the owner, tenant, neighbouring neighbour, president of the community of owners, drafter of the project, or being authorised by any of them.
- Interested parties, if they are individuals, may submit a Request for Access to the Archive Documents at the General Registry of the Alcorcón City Council, either in person or through the Electronic Office . Another option is to use the state Electronic Registry .
- Interested parties, if they are legal entities , or any of the subjects included in article 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations , being obliged to interact through electronic means with public administrations for the performance of any procedure of an administrative procedure, must submit said access request through the Electronic Headquarters or the State Electronic Registry .
Submission of the request for access to the Archive documents through the Electronic Office of the Alcorcón City Council
If you choose the Electronic Headquarters of the Alcorcón City Council, you must use the Request for access to the Municipal Archive documents , located within the Available Procedures section.
You will then be asked for access through the Cl@ve system or by digital certificate. Some of the fields will already appear filled in (name, address, etc.), do not forget to indicate your telephone number and email address.
In the application data field, indicate which documentation you wish to consult. Provide all the information you have available, this way it will be easier to locate it.
The consultation service is free, but a fee must be paid to obtain copies, in accordance with the Fiscal Ordinance Regulating the Fee for the Administration of Documents .
