Information regarding Civil Marriages in Alcorcón Town Council
The procedure for the celebration of the civil marriage must be initiated at the Civil Registry Office of the municipality where either of the two parties is registered by requesting an appointment online at the following address:
Appointment at the Civil Registry
On the day of the appointment at the Civil Registry Office, you must indicate that you wish to get married in the Town Hall of Alcorcón. Civil marriages usually take place on Saturdays in the Castillo Grande de San José de Valderas.
To celebrate the marriage in the Town Hall of Alcorcón, once you have completed the corresponding formalities at the Civil Registry Office, and you are in possession of the judicial authorisation, you must request an appointment in advance:
At the Administrative Service for Civil Marriages (Mayor's Office) via direct phone 916648232-email email@example.com from 8.30am to 2.00pm.
On the day of the appointment, at least one contracting party must appear at the aforementioned offices (Plaza de España, number 1, 2nd floor) with the following documentation:
- Original of the judicial authorisation to Alcorcón Town Hall.
- Photocopy of the DNI, NIE or PASSPORT in force at the date of the marriage of the contracting parties.
- Photocopy of the DNI, NIE or PASSPORT in force at the date of the wedding of two witnesses over 18 years of age.
In the event that neither of the contracting parties is registered in the locality, they will have to pay the Municipal Tax of TWO HUNDRED AND FOUR EUROS AND FORTY CENTS (204.40 €).
